I have taken plenty of yoga classes before, but have never been very consistent with it as money is tight (to spend freely of course, i have money saved up for school though). I have heard about “yoga boot camps” where you stay there and they teach you and you can get a certificate. I live about 30 minutes north of boston, and I would LOVE to know where to get started with this, i’m willing to start from scratch.

I just started basic meditation with a little useful readings on yoga & meditation online.. I also downloaded some nice nature & meditation music. But I’m wondering is it better to just do your meditation in a silent room with no music in the background.
