Huge Deals @ CVS: How I got 2 Lipsticks, 2 Eyeshadows, & 4 Yummy Snacks for $6.06

I was so inspired by this post on Nouveau Cheap Wednesday night that I went out to CVS yesterday to see what deals I could score. She got 4 Maybelline Color Sensational Lipsticks for just $9 using Extra Bucks and lots of coupons. Here’s what I got:

1. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Born With It- $5.00 SALE (Retail: $7.49)
2. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Pink Please- $5.00 SALE (Retail: $7.49)
3. Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeshadow in Brushed Copper (Perle)- $4.99 BOGO (Retail: $4.99)
4. Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeshadow in Peacock Lustre (Satin)- $2.49 BOGO (Retail: $4.99)
5. Skittles- $0.50 SALE (Retail: $0.89)
6. Skittles Crazy Cores- $0.50 SALE (Retail: $0.89)
7. Sobe Pina Colada Drink- $1.59
8. Funyuns Chips- $0.99

When I walked in, I immediately scanned my card at the slot machine (aka price checker & coupon printer.) Five coupons printed out! The coupons I used for my purchase:

• $1 off Maybelline coupons (x2)
• $1 off Revlon coupons (x2)
• $4 off any $20 purchase (from the slot machine)
• $4 off any $10 Revlon purchase (from slot machine)
• $3 Extra Bucks (when you buy $10 in Maybelline Color Sensational products)

Coupon Total? $15.00

Here’s what I would’ve paid if everything was full price and without coupons or Extra Bucks: $29.32

Here’s what I would’ve paid using the sale prices but without coupons or Extra Bucks: $21.06

Here’s what I paid using the sale prices, coupons, and Extra Bucks: $6.06

I think this is the best CVS purchase I’ve made all year in terms of savings. None of the products were clearance items! My total came to be less than the price of one regular priced Maybelline lipstick. I still can’t believe it -I feel sort of bad.. like I’m robbing CVS since they let us use so many coupons all at once.
