Tuneful Tuesday

One of my favourite bands from the 90s, the incomporably enjoyable Cud. Pity there isn’t more choice on YouTube but this’ll do – a live performance of the opening track from one of their best albums, Showbiz. Some kind soul has also uploaded a ‘home movie’ vid of them at Glastonbury 92 – a gig I saw – but the sound quality was too poor to bother you with here. If you want to try before you buy, check out Leggy Mambo and the aforementioned Showbiz. There’s also a pretty decent comp out with excellent non-album tracks inlcuding the sublime (and silly) Purple Love Balloon.
