Shree Raghavendraswamyji’s Aaradhana Utsavams Aug 25th -27th

Guru Raghavendraswamy, popularly called as Rayaru by his loving devotees. HE struggled severe poverty inspite of possessing  divine powers.  HE used those divine powers for the Universal welfare and wellbeing of his Devotees. 

Devotees all over  world  experience HIS miracles just by chanting this powerful mantra “AUM SHREE RAGHAVENDRAYA NAMAHA”.  

Rayaru entered Brindavana (sajeeva samadhi pravesam) on Shravana Bahula Vidiya which is observed as Raghavendraswamy Aradhana Utsavam by HIS devotees.. This year Rayaru’s 339th Aradhana Utsava Celebrations are observed from Aug 25th - 27th (Poorva, Madhya and Uttara aaradhana mahotsava’s).  

Rayaru Brindavana (Rayaru temple is called Brindavana or Raghavendraswamy Mutt). During Aaradhana Utsavams, devotees undertake group recital of stotras, sing bhajans (Rayaru loves music. HE  was  a greatest  musician,  composed many songs of which HIS favorite song on  Udipi Krishna which goes like this… “Indu yenage Govinda ninnaya padaravindhava  thoro mukundane..” (A few lines on this video….Shree Dr.Rajkumar, Popular Kannada  Film Actor,  an ardent devotee of Rayaru, who sang and composed many songs on Rayaru, played the role of Raghavendraswamy  in this song) and   also organize discourses on Rayaru’s Teachings and Works.
