Yoga Love

I’m happy to report back that my return to yoga this was a great success! It’s a great addition to my current exercise routine and really is just what I needed to unwind after a long week. For now I’m just going to Sunday classes and then practicing at home in the mornings. I use Tara Stiles youtube videos as my guides. I love her videos because they are helpful, quick and perfect for a quick morning workout (plus, they are FREE)!
I am always looking for fun ways to change up my fitness routine. I hate the gym and get bored easy, so yoga has been a fun way to change it up for me!
