    I received this mat as a birthday gift and I love it. It gives me great traction and the extra thickness gives me more cushion without being too spongy. I use it 3 times a week and it is holding up well.

    This Wai Lana Mat is very unique I find. Someone gave to me to use for a class when I forgot my own mat and it was very nice. Very comfortable, and the design I think is actually very calming. Love the color a lot too.
